Vietnam Business Visa
For doing a business visit to Vietnam, almost all foreign nationals residing in UK need to get a business visa. A business visa is a short-stay visa, which allows its holder to enter and remain in Vietnam for the purposes of working with Vietnamese enterprises or conducting business activities such as meetings, signing business contracts, etc. Visa Requirements
Documents Required
- Passport (original and copy) must be valid for at least 1 month beyond the return date of the trip to Vietnam and has to be issued within the last 10 years on the day of leaving Vietnam.
- UK residence permit (original and copy) must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of the trip to Vietnam (if applicable).
- Two recent colour photographs taken against a light grey background or please email us photo (selfies accepted too) and we will adjust, crop and print it.
- Visa application form, dully completed in all sections, dated and signed.
- Invitation letter.
- Confirmed flight tickets.
- Completed GAN Visa Order Form which is in the download visa package.

- The Embassy of Vietnam will only accept and process visa applications for those who hold a national passport. Holders of any other travel document such as documents for refugees are not acceptable.
- You cannot transfer to a business visa from any other visa like tourist visa when inside Vietnam. You are required to exit Vietnam and apply for a business visa in UK
