• Passport (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area and has to be issued within the last 10 years on the day of leaving the Schengen Area. Photocopies of all previous Schengen visas.
• UK residence permit (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area.
• Two recent passport size photographs (not older than 1 month) taken against a white background.
• Visa application form, dully completed in all sections, dated and signed. Application form is in the download pack.
• Student letter must be original signed, not older than 1 month, addressed to the Mission, name and position of the signee, confirming applicants enrolment.
• Proof of funds from 1 parent. Latest 3 months UK current account bank statement showing applicant’s name, address and an end balance dated within the last month on the visa application submission date, balance needs to show a minimum amount of £50.00 a day of stay in the Schengen Area (plus outstanding accommodation and travel fees). Sponsorship letter from the parent. Sponsor’s employment letter.
• Fully paid return flight tickets.
• Confirmed hotel reservation mentioning applicant name, travel dates and accommodation address.
• Travel insurance must be issued in UK, stating the name of the applicant, geographical coverage area and the minimum coverage for medical emergency and repatriation of 30.000 Euro. Applicant must provide the table of benefits.
• Birth certificate (original and copy).
• Consent letter signed by both parents.
• Parent’s passport copies.In case of a single parent – proof of sole custody (original and copy). In case one of the parents has deceased – death certificate (original and copy).
