• Passport (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area and has to be issued within the last 10 years on the day of leaving the Schengen Area. Photocopies of all previous Schengen visas.
• UK residence permit (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area.
• Two recent passport size photographs (not older than 1 month) taken against a white background.
• Visa application form, dully completed in all sections, dated and signed. Application form is in the download pack.
• Employment letter/ student letter/ accountant letter (for self-employed) must be original signed on the company headed letter, not older than 1 month, addressed to the Mission, name and position of the signee, confirming applicants employment/ enrolment/ self-employment.
• Domestic worker – original signed employer letter, not older than 1 month, proof of tax payment (P80), payslip and employer’s passport.
• Unemployed/ retired – recent original letter obtained from local Jobcentre or Pension Services.
• Housewife – marriage certificate (original and copy) must be translated by a certified translator in the UK if this document was issued outside the EU and is not in English or Italian, spouse passport copy, employment letter, bank statement, sponsorship letter.
• Latest 3 months UK current account bank statement showing applicant’s name, address and an end balance dated within the last month on the visa application submission date, balance needs to show a minimum amount of £50.00 a day of stay in the Schengen Area (plus outstanding accommodation and travel fees).
• Fully paid return flight tickets.
• Confirmed hotel reservation mentioning applicant name, travel dates and accommodation address.
• Travel insurance must be issued in UK, stating the name of the applicant, geographical coverage area and the minimum coverage for medical emergency and repatriation of 30.000 Euro. Applicant must provide the table of benefits.
• Completed GAN Visa Order Form which is in the download visa package.
