• UK residence permit (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area.
• Two recent passport size photographs (not older than 1 month) taken against a white background.
• Visa application form, dully completed in all sections, dated and signed. Application form is in the download pack.
• Student letter must be original signed on the headed letter, not older than 1 month, addressed to the Mission, name and position of the signee, confirming applicant’s enrolment.
• Origianal birth certificate.
• Consent letter signed by both parents.
• Parent's passport copies.
• Proof of funds from 1 parent. Bank statement (original and copy) latest 3 months UK current account bank statement showing applicant’s name, address and an end balance dated within the last month on the visa application submission date, balance needs to show a minimum amount of £50.00 a day of stay in the Schengen Area (plus outstanding accommodation and travel fees). Sponsorship letter from the parent. Sponsor’s employment letter.
• Confirmed return flight tickets.
• Confirmed hotel reservation mentioning applicant name, travel dates and accommodation address.
• Travel insurance must be issued in UK or Germany, stating the name of the applicant, geographical coverage area and the minimum coverage for medical emergency and repatriation of 30.000 Euro. Applicant must provide the table of benefits.
• Dully completed and signed 'Additional Information Sheet', the form can be found in the download visa package.
• Completed GAN Visa Order Form which is in the download visa package.
