• UK residence permit (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the return date of the trip to the Schengen Area.
• Two recent passport size photographs (not older than 1 month) taken against a white background.
• Visa application form, dully completed in all sections, dated and signed. Application form is in the download pack.
• EEA/EU and Swiss national’s passport (original and copy).
• Marriage/ birth certificate (original and copy) If not in English or German then translation by a certified translator in the UK of the same is required.
• Proof of address in Germany. Applicant must to provide on his/ her application form the address of stay in Germany and the contact details.
• Proof of address in the UK (utility bill, bank statement must be not older than 5 days, council tax bill).
• Dully completed and signed 'Additional Information Sheet', the form can be found in the download visa package.
