• UK residence permit (original and copy) must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the requested Azerbaijan visa expire date.
• One recent photograph taken against a white background (3.50cm x 4.50cm).
• Visa application form, dully completed in all sections, dated and signed.
• Invitation letter from an Azerbaijan citizen not older than 1 month must be accompanied by a photocopy of his/ her passport (pages 2-5) or national card (both sides). Or an invitation from Azerbaijani company, invitation from foreign company based in Azerbaijan, on the letterhead of the host company/ organisation in Azerbaijan and signed by an authorised individual.
• Holders of EU/EEA passports (except citizens of UK, Ireland, Iceland and Denmark) must prove their residency in UK. You should provide at least two of the following documents (not older than 3 months):
  
  • Recent bank statement showing applicant’s name and address
  • Recent credit card statement showing applicant’s name and address
  • Letter from the NHS
  • Recent utility bill
  • Mobile phone bill/ contract mentioning applicant’s name and address

• Some of the nationals residing in UK may not require a visa for Azerbaijan for business stays of up to 90 days.
• If you’re staying in Azerbaijan for longer than 15 days you must register with the State Migration Service within 15 days of arrival by either visiting the State Migration Service in person or online.
• If you’re staying longer than 30 days, you may need to obtain a temporary residence card unless applying to extend your visa on compassionate grounds. For more information refer to the State Migration Service.
