• A letter of Invitation:
  
  • Specify the purpose and duration of stay
  • Include the full name of the applicant
  • Include an acceptance of financial responsibility for the applicant
  • Include Address and contact details of the host
  • Be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Be transmitted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and confirmed received by the Embassy prior to submission
