The personal visa is ideal for individuals who intend on travelling to the Kingdom of Saudi for the purpose of visiting friends. - Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond post entry date and have 2 blank pages opposite each other.
- Saudi visa application & declaration form (the forms are found in the pack).
- 2 recent colour photographs taken against a light grey background or please email us photo (selfies accepted too) and we will adjust, crop and print it.
- An online visa application and mandatory visa travel insurance, we will complete these on your behalf.
- A copy of letter of invitation issued by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Completed GAN Visa Order Form which is in the download visa package.

- From 23rd July 2018, the Saudi Arabian embassy will not accept any applications made by individuals or Businesses. All visa applications must go through an accredited and approved agent like ours.
- Please note that the issuance of the Saudi visa at the discretion of the Saudi embassy and if they are satisfied that the purpose of your trip is genuine, whether you provide the full list of the requirements or not. Also, the Saudi embassy might request additional documents outside the main requirements.
- You must put your previous nationality when you fill the Saudi visa application form. If you have no previous nationality put NA. Adding your previous nationality will not affect your application but by not doing it might delay your application.
