Saudi Arabia Government Visa
If you plan to travel to Saudi Arabia for government departments and organisation visit purposes you will need a valid 'Saudi Government Visit Visa'. The government visa is ideal for individuals who intend on attending the Kingdom of Saudi with the purpose of a government visit and attending meetings and discussions. - Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond post entry date and have 2 blank pages opposite each other.
- Saudi visa application & declaration form (the forms are found in the pack).
- 2 recent colour photographs taken against a light grey background or please email us photo (selfies accepted too) and we will adjust, crop and print it.
- An online visa application and mandatory Enjaz visa insurance, we will complete these on your behalf.
- Copy of letter of invitation issued by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or through Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
- UK Company Support letter should be similar wording and layout of the template, you will find in the visa download pack. The letter must be:
- An original document and have the company’s full address and contact number.
- The UK company support letter must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce, we can arrange this for you.
- The person who signs the letter must sign the LCCI form (you will find it in the Download Visa Pack).
- Completed GAN Visa Order Form which is in the download visa package.

- From 23rd July 2018, the Saudi Arabian embassy will not accept any applications made by individuals or Businesses. All visa applications must go through an accredited and approved agent like ours.
- You must put your previous nationality when you fill the Saudi visa application form. If you have no previous nationality put NA. Adding your previous nationality will not affect your application but by not doing it might delay your application.
