• Passport must be valid for at least six months beyond post entry date and have 2 blank pages opposite each other.
• Saudi visa application & declaration form (the forms are found in the pack).
• 2 recent colour photographs taken against a light grey background or please email us photo (selfies accepted too) and we will adjust, crop and print it.
• An online visa application and mandatory Enjaz visa insurance, we will complete these on your behalf.
• Copy of letter of invitation issued by the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or through Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
• UK Company Support letter should be similar wording and layout of the template, you will find in the visa download pack. The letter must be:
  
  • An original document and have the company’s full address and contact number.
  • The UK company support letter must be certified by the Chamber of Commerce, we can arrange this for you.
  • The person who signs the letter must sign the LCCI form (you will find it in the Download Visa Pack).
• Completed GAN Visa Order Form which is in the download visa package.

Processing Time and Handling Fees

We charge a handling fee in addition to the Saudi embassy visa fee. This fee covers our consultation and validation services, which include advising you on the necessary documents and performing a quality check to ensure everything is in order. Additionally, we will book your appointment for application submission at a time that is convenient for you and arrange a meet-and-greet on the day of your appointment.
