• 2 recent colour photographs taken against a light grey background or please email us photo (selfies accepted too) and we will adjust, crop and print it.
• An online visa application, we will complete this on your behalf.
• A copy of iqama card.
• A copy of print out of the Absher status.
• A copy of MOFA approval for extension (if it has been exceeded 7 months).
• Scanned copy of your sponsor's (spouse for family) passport and iqama.
• Copy of exit re-entry visa.
• Copy of letter from the Saudi Sponsor addressed to the Consulate requesting the extension, stamped by Saudi Chamber of Commerce.
• If you are a full time student, a certificate from the School/ University in the UK (letter from school or employer explaining absence from Saudi).
• Completed GAN Visa Order Form which is in the download visa package.

• From 23rd July 2018, the Saudi Arabian embassy will not accept any applications made by individuals or Businesses. All visa applications must go through an accredited and approved agent like ours.
• Please note the issuance of the Saudi visa extension at the discretion of the Saudi embassy if they are satisfied with the reason why you had to overstay your exit re-entry visa .
• You must put your previous nationality when you fill out the Saudi visa application form. If you have no previous nationality put NA. Adding your previous nationality will not affect your application but not doing it might delay your application.
