• Passport (original and copy) must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel and must contain two blank facing pages.
• UK residence permit (original and copy), if applicable. EU national must provide two recent utility bills (not older than 3 months).
• Two recent passport photos taken against a white background (not older than 2 weeks) with applicant’s full name written on the back.
• Visa application form, dully completed in all sections, dated and signed.
• Payment and acknowledgement receipt.
• One of the parent bank statement (original and copy) latest 3 months UK current account bank statement showing applicant’s name and address. The closing balance needs to show a minimum amount of £500.00
• Fully paid return flight tickets.
• Confirmed hotel reservation mentioning applicant name, travel dates and accommodation address.
• Travel plan. Original signed letter confirming the purpose of the visit and full itinerary. The letter must be addressed to the Nigerian High Commission London.
• Birth certificate (original and copy) showing both parents names.
• Original, signed by both parent consent letter addressed to the Nigerian High Commission. It must include the address where the applicant is staying and that they take full immigration responsibility.
• Parents passport copies.
• Completed GAN Visa Order Form which is in the download visa package.
